Day Trips and Overnight Excursions Families will be charged for the cost of the trip/excursion



  1. School fees will be invoiced per semester.  All tuition fees are to be paid before the beginning of each semester. 
    • First semester (August till January)
    • Second semester (February till July)
    Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable in whole or in part.
  2. Invoices will be issued for semester one by first week of April and for semester two by first week of November. New students will receive invoices after they confirm the acceptance of the placement.
  3. Other miscellaneous fees will be invoiced as and when they occur.
  4. Payment is due before the beginning of each semester and the bank details are indicated in the invoice.
  5. All payments should be made in MYR and any shortfall in the amount must be settled by the parents. All bank charges are to be borne by the remitter.
  6. The School reserves the right to impose a late payment penalty on overdue invoices at 10% per annum.
  7. The School reserves the right to refuse access to school facilities and lessons to students whose invoices have not been fully settled. No school reports or testimonials will be issued in such cases. The school may also terminate the student’s enrollment, should the tuition and other fees remain overdue for more than 1 semester.
  8. Parents are responsible for the settlement of any outstanding invoices. An agreement with a third party to pay any school fees does not release the parents from any liability under the Terms and Conditions.
  9. Installment plans are available from second semester onwards and approved on a case by case basis. Please contact the Admissions office for more information.
  10. Withdrawal of enrollment from the School
    A formal withdrawal form must be submitted to the respective Division Principal.
    No refund of tuition fees will be given after two weeks from the date of initial enrollment.
  11. Enrollment in between the semester:
    SSM-FC practices on-going enrollment. Students can join anytime during the school year (except December and June). Tuition fees will be charged based on the table below:
